Public Notice of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for Public Comment
In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the draft Environmental Impact Report for this project is hereby made public as follows:
I. Project Overview
Project Name: Molecular Sieve Expansion Project of Luoyang Tianping Molecular Sieve Co., Ltd.
Proposed Site: Petrochemical Industry Cluster Zone, Jili District, Luoyang City
Project Scope: Located in the Petrochemical Industry Cluster of Jili District, Luoyang City, this expansion project will not require any additional land. The expanded capacity will be 500 tons per year of VPSA‑produced oxygen‑generating molecular sieves, 500 tons per year of 13X molecular sieves, 500 tons per year of 3A molecular sieves, and 1,500 tons per year of 5A molecular sieves.
Total project investment: RMB 5 million
